Pegpedia is an informational platform — product information, indicative pricing, venue listings, reviews, and a community meetup feature. It is not a retailer, marketplace, or delivery service. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol or tobacco, and we do not process purchases of either.

Prices shown are indicative MRPs collected from public government and retail sources and may not match what any specific store charges. Always confirm price and availability with the seller.

You must be of legal drinking/smoking age in your state to use this site. By continuing past the age gate, you're confirming that's true — we don't independently verify it.

You're responsible for what you post — reviews, photos, meetup listings, and messages. Don't post anything false, defamatory, infringing, or illegal. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, and other users can report content they believe violates it.

By posting a review or photo, you grant Pegpedia a license to display it on the platform. You keep ownership of what you post.

Meetups are organized entirely by users, for users. Pegpedia does not host, staff, supervise, or verify the identity or age of anyone attending a meetup beyond the attestation each host and applicant makes when creating or applying to one. Hosts and attendees are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, and compliance with local law — including the legal drinking age and any local rules around serving alcohol to guests.

You use meetups entirely at your own risk. Pegpedia is not liable for anything that happens at, or as a result of, a meetup arranged through the platform.

We source data from official and open channels and try to keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that any price, product detail, or venue listing is current or error-free. If you find something wrong, see Contribute Data.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
